These positions will form part of a growing HR team operating from Malaysia.The roles will report directly through to the group people director. Full training and support will be provided.Your core duties will involve:

  • Assisting and overseeing all aspects of the employee life cycle, including issuing contracts of employment, onboarding of new joiners and managing the leavers process.
  • Collecting new starter paperwork and updating employee files.
  • Regular reporting to our HR teams on compliance with internal processes.
  • Updating our ERP system Agresso with personnel changes.
  • Invoice processing and ensuring proper records are kept of all outgoing payments.
  • Ad hoc queries and projects as allocated by the group people director.
This role will give the successful candidates opportunity to get exposed to various elements of HR, covering different countries, and to develop their career. It will suit individuals who wish for the flexibility to work from home and on a flexible working schedule.What skills and attributes are we looking for from you:
  • Strong administration and organisational experience, ideally in an HR environment although other backgrounds will be considered.
  • A can-do attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for our stakeholders.
  • Ability to plan work in a structured and organised way.
  • Friendly, personable and able to build working relationships.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messages to different audiences.
