Your Main Responsibility:
Process training and learning programs related to master data requests, user inquiries, and workflow tasks into system - in compliance with standard operating procedures.
Create, maintain and upload web-based content (SCORM file/Adobe Captivate) into SuccessFactors system (learning platform).
Generate and provide monthly/daily reports, participant lists, sign sheets and information packs.
Maintain and administrate records into system databases - SuccessFactors, SharePoint, SAP.
Update records/info on training programs, participants training records and vendor records management in system databases.
Maintaining/processing learning program charge-out (training fee). - SuccessFactors, Non-Trade portal.
Support in hotel accommodation and updating visa templates for participants.
Provide onsite support on training event organization as and when required.
Provide administrative support in organizing, monitoring, tracking, pre-training and post-training support.
Work closely with Learning & Development teams in country or in region (APAC) to ensure understanding and execution of all training and learning related requests are adhere to company's standard procedures.
Monitoring learning mailbox in assisting employees/training participants/content owners via emails and calls.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
External experience in a shared service or business process outsourcing engagement preferred.
Experience working in an MNC or Malaysian Public listed company.
Experience working in an SAP work environment will be an added advantage.
Fresh Graduate with internship experience in Human Resources are welcomed to apply.
