Huntsman Global Business Services is now searching for Human Resources (HR) Analyst - Learning Management to become a key member of our Global HR Shared Services team. The ideal candidate will be actively engaged in creating a global world class Hire to Retire (H2R) organization that can operationalize service solutions for both global and APAC regional HR services. To be successful in this role, you must have a passion for customer service, a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to collaborate with both your own and other HR service teams around the globe and a desire to drive change and make things happen.

In this role, you will:

  • Partner with the Learning & Development (L&D) Managers and Site Learning Administrators in ensuring the administration and coordination of the learning & development needs are delivered across the various business divisions in all regions
What Might your Day Look Like:
  • Curating the learning content based on the learning plans and priorities from the respective regions and business divisions
  • Managing and ensuring the data quality of learning database within the learning system
  • Liaising with the external training consultant on its necessary program and training materials' setup within the learning system
  • Addressing the inquiries with regards to the navigations and functionalities of learning system
  • Drafting and reviewing the learning related communications to be delivered to the eligible parties
  • Assisting with delivery of learning metrics, reports, and analytics in timely manner to support business decisions
  • Managing the learning assignment and its necessary invitations to the eligible participants
  • Developing and maintaining the repository of learning materials in an orderly and accessible way
  • Facilitating the logistic requirements and coordinating global learning programs
  • Providing regular feedback and proactive communication to your end users regarding the status of their requests or inquiries with excellent written and verbal communications
  • Managing any issues that may arise towards resolution in a collaborative and timely manner
  • Effectively and efficiently managing your workload including your ticket count and working proficiently to multi-task, resolving competing priorities and meeting requested deadlines.
  • Working closely with the HRIS support team to ensure resolution of bugs and issues
  • Supporting the building of efficient learning administration processes through continuous improvement and LEAN methods by working with the L&D Managers and Site Learning Administrators
Skills and experiences required:
  • A minimum of Bachelor degree, 3 or more years of HR services/operations experience; exposure to services delivery in a GBS environment an advantage.
  • Proven track record of executing operations with attention to detail and a customer service mindset that results in demonstrable customer satisfaction in services
  • Good Communication skills both written and oral with ability to build relationships with remote customers
  • Knowledge and experience of handling volume data entry into HR systems with accuracy; proficiency with digital tools and systems in general
  • Strong ability to perform under pressure, multitask and prioritize workload and achieve objectives in a timely manner is required.
  • Demonstrated self-motivation, analytical, problem-solving skills and own initiative and a willingness to work with others to improve HR services
  • Fluency in English required, fluency in other APAC regional languages an advantage
  • Knowledge and experience with Workday Learning Management system an advantage
