Deliver high value services across the employee hire to retire lifecycle, from benefit enrollment to termination.
Benefit vendor management including SOW, SLA establishment, payment process management.
Maximize the value of benefit delivery through providing expertise support for benefit program delivery, global new benefit policy communication and implementation. Truly bring client\'s people deal to life.
Manage high profile benefits escalations, assess root cause, implement solutions to reduce escalations and improve processes.
Adherence to Compliance/local regulations.
Manage Benefit metrics, take ownership to identify gap and develop action plan.
Provide an exceptional experience through innovation, simplification, and digitization.
Assist Payroll, Mobility and Tax office in taking care of the envelop from the reception, scanning & sharing with owner teams, printing the softcopies, and arranging the courier and Wet Signature when required for Malaysia.
Partner with Country P&C team for collecting hard copy form from employee, scanning, and sharing with program team, arranging the courier to Singapore office for p-filing purpose.
Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in Human Resources / Benefits roles
Can do attitude.
Strong sense of responsibility and ownership and a proactive attitude.
Strong capability of interpersonal skills, stakeholder management and influencing abilities.
Much experienced in project management, and cross-function collaboration.

Excellent written and verbal communications
Knowledge of HR business, benefit policy and local regulation.
Able to discern, organize, and convey complex problems and solutions.
