Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, manpower planning, performance management, compensation & benefits and training & development.
Maintaining employee records and update personal details
Check and verify employee's attendance monthly for payroll preparation
Responsible in accurate and timely payroll (SQL system)
Experience liaise with government statutory body (EPF, SOCSO. PCB, HRDF)
Experience in managing expatriate matters (ESD) and foreign workers
Maintain administration record (medical, leave application, disciplinary issue. etc)
Job requirements
Qualification : Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource or related fields
Minimum 2 years working experience
Advantages if candidate has knowledge in SQL payroll system, ESD & foreign worker issue
Advantages if candidate are from manufacturing background
Possess own transport and willing to work in Klang, Selangor.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
