Work closely with the HR Department in assisting with all HR and administrative-related matters.
Prepare all types of employment-related letters, including employment contracts and HR correspondence.
Manage and maintain employee personal files, filing systems, HR databases, and employee records.
Handle HRDF matters and training arrangements, including submissions and proper record keeping for all related transactions.
Prepare, monitor, and manage training bonds.
Provide office support services to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of daily operations.
Manage and update CRM records.
Prepare and submit weekly reports.
Assist in organizing HR engagement and employee-related activities.
Ensure SOPA lists are updated at all times.
Perform any other duties as assigned by management from time to time.
Job Requirements
Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent working experience.
Minimum
2 years of experience
in Human Resource Management, preferably within the
oil & gas industry
.
High level of maturity, integrity, resourcefulness, tactfulness, discipline, and reliability.
Pleasant personality; people-oriented with good interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
PC literate with good command of
Microsoft Office
applications.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
Working knowledge of
international HR laws, labour laws, and compliance requirements
.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Able to work with minimum supervision; creative and innovative in handling employee issues and daily tasks.
