Support in Salary Benchmarking, Support HRA projects such as L&D
Provide support in office administration such as book for hotel accommodation, flight ticket.
Events and office equipment & office supplies management.
Assist to review, develop and implement HR policies if any.
Coordinate recruitment and selection process if any.
Processing of attendance record, monthly payroll and payroll reports.
Responsible for timely submission of CPF, Income tax to all relevant government entities.
Processing of employment letter, work pass application, renewal and cancellation.
Maintain and update job descriptions and job requirements.
Assist in arrangement of interviews during the recruitment process
Maintain and update company\xe2\x80\x99s HR Handbook, policies and procedures.
Prepare of Disciplinary Letters and Staff Memo/ Announcements.
Perform training administration duties such as maintaining training records, database and file keeping.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management
At least 3 Years of experience in the related field is required preferably in Engineering and Construction company
Experienced in Full spectrum of Human Resources as well as Administration duties
Open for both male and Female candidates
Meticulous and attention to details.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
