At least a Higher Secondary/STPM/Diploma/Bachelor\'s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.

Responsibilities
Managing front desk and perform as a receptionist.
Ensure and upkeep the reception is always clean and tidy.
Managing and developing recruitment process and any other HR matters from time to time.
Set up interviews and coordination with potential candidates from time to time.
Responsible for weekly, daily and monthly statistics on the attendance of employees and archiving of attendance data.
All administrative tasks including general errands as and when required.
Manage and handle company assets correspondence, stationery, mobile reload and pantry replenishment as and when required.
Responsible to handle and liaise with external suppliers, contractors and Property Management when deemed necessary.
Assessing cleaner performance to upkeep and maintain workplace cleanliness.
Assist Superior to complete the Company\'s administrative and Human Resources affairs.
