Working in a luxury retail industry.
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR department.
Prepare and maintain HR-related reports, records, and documentation.
Handle employee data management and ensure accuracy in HR databases.
Assist in organizing training and staff engagement.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and company procedures.
Support any other HR and administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (spoken and written).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Detail-oriented with good analytical and reporting abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Positive attitude, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
