Job description: - 1. To Assist end-end recruitment process, e.g. advertising, tracking and scheduling of candidate, first line screening, managing interview schedule, offer & appointment 2. To Assist headhunt, source and filter good candidates through various online systems/ medias and matching candidates with the company\xe2\x80\x99s job opening 3. To Assist to advertise vacancies in a wide range of ONLINE and OFFLINE media resources 4. To Assist on screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations 5. To Give support recruitment initiatives to further grow the candidate pipeline 6. To prepare weekly reporting on activity and target vs actual achievements 7. To Assist in performing pre-employment checks if required 8. To Assist in onboarding and offboarding process 9. To Assist to collaborate in hiring programmers to retain employees 10. Any other related task assigned from time to time by the Superior
