Job Description


  • Candidate possesses at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Degree in any Business Administration, Management, Human Resource, or equivalents.
  • Good communication and writing in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Good in mathematic calculation.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Strong time management, detailed person, and multi-tasking.
  • Responsible, positive attitude, ability to work under pressure, patient.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
  • Overseeing and monitoring the employee\'s attendance records, claims, leave records and OT payment.
  • Perform monthly quality check on data input in various systems.
  • Perform & generate monthly salary.
  • Preparation of monthly reports as required: payroll reports, costing reports, leave liability, budget costs, headcount report, and etc
  • Manage probation reviews, annual performance reviews.
  • Assisting payroll teams\' daily operation.
  • Perform other ad hoc assignments as and when required.
