1. Monitor and update attendance, disciplinary, employee relations and performance appraisal. 2. Assist during orientation program such as registration for new hires thumb print, preparing related documentation & etc. 3. To assist in handling foreign workers matters such as hostel inspection, FOMEMA arrangement and ATM Card Issue. 4. Assist in recruitment process such as interview session arrangement, background reference check and medical check-up arrangement if needed. 5. To responsible for monthly payroll processing and administration (checking attendance, allowances calculation, trip for lorry driver) 6. To maintain employee personal files, HR records, Company polices and directives. 7. Attend to all employees\xe2\x80\x99 queries pertaining to HR policies & procedures. 8. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior/management. Requirements: 1. Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or related course. 2. Candidates must have minimum 1 year experience in manufacturing sector. 3. Candidate with hands on experience in foreign workers management will have an added advantage.
