Responsibilities
Assist in the procurement of office supplies, food items, company lunches for staff, and other necessities.
Manage maintenance issues and renewals for company assets such as photostat machines, water drinking machines, air conditioning units, pest control, fire extinguishers, and other insurance.
Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including onboarding, and other HR documentation.
Handle staff time attendance, leave management, and other HR-related tasks.
Assist in recruitment processes for department managers
Assist with Monthly Payroll Processing.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Welcome office guests, answer phone calls and reply to messages and emails promptly.
Provide administrative support for exhibitions, events, and special projects.
Assist in preparing for special events such as staff birthdays, company trips, annual dinners, and festival celebrations.
Undertake other ad-hoc functions and related duties as assigned.
