Position Summary



The HR Assistant will provide crucial administrative support to the HR department and act as the first point of contact for employees' HR-related queries. This role is fundamental in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our daily HR functions and contributes to creating a positive employee experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities



Recruitment & Onboarding:



Assist in posting job openings on various platforms and career sites. Schedule interviews, coordinate with candidates and hiring managers, and manage interview calendars. Prepare offer letters and employment contracts. Facilitate the new hire onboarding process, including preparing new employee files, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.

HR Administration:



Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physical and in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). Process employee changes (e.g., promotions, transfers, terminations) and update systems accordingly. Prepare HR-related documents, such as employment verification letters, reports, and memos. Assist in managing employee attendance and leave records.

Employee Relations & Support:



Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits. Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate HR personnel. Assist in the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and company events.

Payroll & Benefits Assistance:



Provide support to the payroll department by gathering and verifying timesheet data. Assist employees with basic benefits enrollment and answer questions about their plans. Help administer employee benefits programs.

General Duties:



Assist with HR projects and initiatives as assigned. Handle general office duties, such as filing, scanning, and managing HR-related correspondence. Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
