a) To provide weekly and monthly Report to MIR Management and HR Manager b) To renew and register and Visa of Expatriate and Foreign worker To keep record all application leave from staff (Annual Leave, Medical Leave, etc) c) To review and implement the full range of Human Resource Program. d) To check the payment of staff salaries, overtime, staff loans, medical expenses, and all other personnel allowances and training expenses in accordance with the company policy and local regulations. e) To recommend the suitable training for employee. f) To evaluate the performance of each subordinates as stipulated in MIR Policies.
