Job Description

Assist HR in:

  • Recording employees leaves report.
  • Checking employees Attendance.
  • Making sure daily operation smooth.
  • Prepare or Issued Letters & Memos.
  • Collect and checking invoices.
  • filing employees personal files.
  • Prepare documents for company\'s application.
  • Replies emails/inquiries from external and internal employees.
  • Handling of administration and record-keeping.
  • Filling up positions within an organization.
  • Implementing and execute recruiting systems for the organization.
  • Interviewing candidates.
  • Ad Hock.
HR Assistant Requirements:
  • Diploma or Bachelor\'s in human resources or Admin or Management field any related.
  • A minimum of 1 years experience. Fresh Graduates welcome to apply
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in Word (Excel, MS Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent record keeping.
  • Good In Time management
  • Well Organize.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month Benefits:
