Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for all training administration matters
  • Assist in preparing for all training setup including training room/ meals/ accommodation/ transportation arrangement
  • Assist in preparing training nominations, confirmation and follow up with parties involved
  • Assist in preparing Costing, Quotation, Proforma Invoice, Invoice and billing
  • Liaise with other departments on payment related matters
  • HRDC grant application and other related matters
  • External training/ team building applications, registration and bond agreement preparation
  • Assist in gathering feedback from trainers and trainees and key in the feedback report as well as merit points after each training session
  • Assist in maintain updated curriculum database and training attendance record
  • Take up any other assignmets and duties as assigned by superior from time to time
Job Requirements
  • Possess a minimum Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Required skills: communication skills, negotiation skills, coaching skills, analytical skills, problem solving skills, writing skills and computer skills
  • Personal attributes: fair , determined, confident, critical, thinker, people oriented, logical, sense of urgency.
  • Must be able to travel locally & outstations.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month Benefits:
