\xef\x82\xb7To assist the HR Manager/HR Executive with the HR daily operations/functions
\xef\x82\xb7Work closely with the HR managers/HR Executive in providing professional recruitment advice, support and updates in a timely manner.
\xef\x82\xb7To assist the HR Manager/HR Executive on HR tasks such as attendance timesheet, maintain an up-to-date HR database, employee\xe2\x80\x99s personal file, induction training, resignation, preparation of letter of new recruitment/appointments, confirmation, transfer, promotion, resignation, warning and etc.
\xef\x82\xb7Monitor staff work movement on Annual Leave (AL), Emergency Leave (EL), Medical Leave (ML), Replacement Leave, Replacement Off-day and etc.
\xef\x82\xb7Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process and background reference check
\xef\x82\xb7Assist the HR Manager to manage employee relations/disciplinary cases and manage dispute settlements according to relevant Labour Law
\xef\x82\xb7To administer payroll calculation, processing salary, allowances, overtime, deductions, generating reports and others.
\xef\x82\xb7Ensure timeliness and high accuracy in all activities relating to payroll administration and processing. Resolve payroll discrepancies if any
\xef\x82\xb7Ensure compliance of statutory requirements such as calculating employees\xe2\x80\x99 employment income tax liabilities and / or any statutory contributions or deductions.
\xef\x82\xb7Liaise with relevant government bodies regarding monthly statutory submission.
\xef\x82\xb7Assist the HR Manager with the overall HR functions and ensure compliance with relevant Labour Law
\xef\x82\xb7Carry out, as and when required, any additional tasks and responsibilities which are reasonably compatible with this job description and objectives Qualifications/Requirements
\xef\x82\xb7Candidate must possess Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
\xef\x82\xb7Good communication skill and must be proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and oral). This ability must be reflected in his or her writing and presentation skill
\xef\x82\xb7Must be honest, possess high integrity, confidentiality, objectivity and sincerity are important traits for this position.
\xef\x82\xb7At least 2 years experiences in HR fields
\xef\x82\xb7At least 2 years HR software payroll processing experiences is required Monthly payroll processing and ensure compliance with the government authorities such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN, and HRDF
\xef\x82\xb7Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to details, good analytical and problem-solving skills.
