Job Description


  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal to able to communicate with people from diverse background and level.
  • Able to work under fast-paced environment independently with minimal supervision from superior.
  • Candidates that can start immediately or with short notice period is preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Handling payroll matters including daily inputs to month end statutory payments with accuracy.
  • Perform administrative duties such as maintaining employee database, proper records of employees attendance and leave.
  • Responsible for recruitment process including job posting, resume filtering, interview arrangement and also orientation for new joins.
  • Undertake ad-hoc duties as required by superior.
