To manage payroll processes, statutory contributions, attendance tracking, and HR documentation while ensuring compliance with Malaysian labour regulations and maintaining accurate employee records.
Key Responsibilities
Process monthly payroll accurately and within the required timeline.
Handle statutory submissions including
EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB
, and related forms such as
CP22/CP22A
.
Maintain and update employee attendance, leave records, personnel files, and HR databases.
Prepare HR documents, including offer letters, onboarding packs, confirmation letters, and termination files.
Verify staff claims, allowances, and overtime sheets before payroll processing.
Ensure all HR operations comply with Malaysian labour laws and statutory requirements.
Assist in generating monthly HR reports and payroll summaries for management.
Support general administrative tasks and assist other departments when necessary.
Maintain strict confidentiality of employee information and sensitive data.
Requirements
Experience in payroll processing or HR administrative work is preferred.
Strong knowledge of
EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB
, and related employment regulations.
Good attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to handle confidential information.
Computer literate and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
