Working hours: Mon-Fri 8:30am-6:00pm

-Execute HR operations activities including but not limited to talent recruitment, on-boarding, employee relations, staff movement and exit arrangement.
-Administer staffs medical claims, insurance, and leave.
-Identifying employee training and development needs, creating, and delivering training programs to help employees grow professionally.
-Organize and coordinate staff events and logistics.
-Assist in employee relations / disciplinary matters and respond to queries.
-Prepare and manage HR related correspondences and records as well as filling system for HR department in confidential manner.
-Assist in other adhoc tasks as assigned by superior.
-Support team members and other departments as and when required.
-Developing and implementing effective HR policies, procedures, and regulations.
-Assisting with compliance, include compliance with labor laws and regulations, anti-discrimination laws, workplace safety regulations, and immigration laws.
-Developing and implementing performance management processes, including performance evaluations and goal setting for each department.
-Oversee and manage employer-employee relationships.
-Handle HR related investigations.
-Compile and update employee records.
Job Requirements:
-Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources Management or its equivalent.
-Well organized with high sense of urgency.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office OR Google Workspace.
-Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screenings.
-Has working knowledge in Malaysian Employment law and other related regulations.
-At least 1 or 2 years in direct HR work or related work.
-Good interpersonal and communication skills \xe2\x80\x93 both written and verbal.
-Good organizational skills and able to meet tight timelines.
