Requirements
1. Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2. Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written)
3. Friendly, approachable, and presentable personality
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
5. Able to multitask and maintain confidentiality
Responsibilities
HR Support
1. Assist with recruitment processes (posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups)
2. Maintain employee records and filing systems (digital and hard copy)
3. Support onboarding/offboarding processes (preparation of documents, coordination with departments)
4. Help with leave tracking, medical certificate updates, and HR data entry
5. Assist in organizing staff events, briefings, and training sessions
6. Ensure HR documents and forms are up to date and well organized
Receptionist
1. Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
2. Monitor and manage front desk supplies and general office cleanliness
3. Receive and distribute mail, deliveries, and courier services
4. Supervise and ensure the safety of students waiting in the office until their parents arrive
