Reach out to applicants who registered but haven't come for onboarding or started work.
Manage and communicate with riders and sorters through WhatsApp groups -- including answering their questions about salary, work location, or shift schedules.
Help new hires with onboarding and make sure they have all the information they need before starting work.
Assist the team with creating or updating staff IDs, especially during busy periods or weekends.
Support the operations and workforce team with any day-to-day coordination tasks when needed.
Job Requirement:
Minimum Diploma qualification or at least 1 year of relevant working experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to multitask and manage time effectively.
