Job Details1) Hands-on role and responsible for HR and account initiatives such as recruitment, training & development, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management, conflict management, disciplines issues, terminations, tenancy management, preparation of HR documentation & reports. 2) Prepare HR related correspondence and documentation with careful attention to legal requirement and HR practice such as employment contract, confirmation letter, warning letter, termination letter, memo, notice, policy and etc. 3) Maintain proper and updated employee record such as personal files, attendance, employment contract, employment status, personal details, annual/sick leave balance and etc. in hard copy and in HR system. 4) Responsible for conducting new employee orientation and employees on boarding and off-boarding workflows. 5) Manage and handle recruitment activities including prepare job posting for vacancies, schedule interviews for job applicants and interview appCompany Details
