Co-manage end-end recruitment process, e.g. advertising, tracking and scheduling of candidate, first line screening, managing interview schedule, offer & appointment
Co-Headhunt, source and filter good candidates through various online systems/ medias and matching candidates with the company\xe2\x80\x99s job opening
Assist to advertise vacancies in a wide range of ONLINE and OFFLINE media resources
Co-ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
Support recruitment initiatives to further grow the candidate pipeline
Weekly reporting on activity and target vs actual achievements
Perform pre-employment checks if required
Work closely with business to ensure success of new hires and a high retention rate
Assist in onboarding and offboarding process
Assist to collaborate in hiring programmers to retain employees
Any other related task assigned from time to time by the Superior

Qualifications:
Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2years experience as a HR.
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Comfortable making decisions independently.
Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
Basic knowledge of local labour laws and regulations.
