Main Job Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Support recruitment activities, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and arranging interviews.
Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, working closely with the administrative team to manage the preparation and return of items such as assets, uniforms, and stationery.
Conduct induction training for new hires to familiarize them with company policies and culture.
2. Compliance & Reporting
Ensure all HR practices adhere to local labour laws and internal company policies.
3. Training & Development
Assist in identifying, organizing, and coordinating employee training programs.
Maintain training records and monitor employee development progress.
4. Employee Welfare
Support the planning and execution of employee engagement events such as team building activities and annual dinners.
5. Documentation & Reporting
Prepare reports and correspondence as assigned by superiors.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of all relevant records.
6. Ad-hoc Tasks
Provide support and handle additional tasks assigned by superiors, heads of departments, or management.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Studies or related discipline.
Possess at least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field.
Good knowledge of the Employment Act and Grievance Procedures.
Good in Interpersonal & Communication Skills, Presentation Skills, Analytic Problem Solving, Result Focused, and Continuous Learning.
Ability to plan, manage time, and multitask effectively.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
