• Provides customer focused HR programs, services and consultation to enhance individual, team, management and business performance consistent with company\xe2\x80\x99s values, philosophies, policies and programs.
• Responsible for worldwide employee data management, including setting up new employee records, acquisitions, mass changes handling, maintaining up-to-date employee data.
• Provides HR services/support/consultation to employees and managers across regions.
• Ensures data entry processes are SOX compliant and internal controls are in accordance to audit guidelines.
• Ensures requests are attended on timely manner as per Service Level Agreement.
• Works on human resources assignments with broadly defined objectives and delivers as per timeline agreed.
• Strict observance of data privacy at all times.
• Solves straight-forward issues, challenges and problems within field of specialization.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or University Degree or equivalent in Human Resources or Business Administration
• Minimum 1-2 years of operations knowledge or practical experience in HR will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of SuccessFactors would be an added advantage.
• Strong sense of commitment and urgency to meet tight deadlines.
• Good spreadsheets skills especially in Excel.
• Able to stay back late occasionally to ensure smooth completion of project implementation.
