This is Keysight - People and Culture - YouTube Provides customer focused HR programs, services and consultation to enhance individual, team, management and business performance consistent with company\'s values, philosophies, policies and programs. Responsible for worldwide employee data management, including setting up new employee records, acquisitions, mass changes handling, maintaining up-to-date employee data. Provides HR services/support/consultation to employees and managers across regions. Ensures data entry processes are SOX compliant and internal controls are in accordance to audit guidelines. Ensures requests are attended on timely manner as per Service Level Agreement. Works on human resources assignments with broadly defined objectives and delivers as per timeline agreed. Strict observance of data privacy at all times. Solves straight-forward issues, challenges and problems within field of specialization. Job Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree or University Degree or equivalent in Human Resources or Business Administration Minimum 1-2 years of operations knowledge or practical experience in HR will be an added advantage. Knowledge of SuccessFactors would be an added advantage. Strong sense of commitment and urgency to meet tight deadlines. Good spreadsheets skills especially in Excel. Able to stay back late occasionally to ensure smooth completion of project implementation.
