Responsibilities:
Actively delivering full spectrum human resource service activities with sense of integrity and trust in HR Shared Services with no limit to the following areas preferred:
Talent acquisition support and system administration
Employee lifecycle data and event management
HR administrative tasks in relation to candidate background check / clearance, employee pre-employment co-ordination, onboarding, confirmation, transfer, promotion, performance review, and resignation
Training system administration and Learning and Development team administration support.
Administrate and attend enquiry that received in HR shared / group mailbox.
Support administration of HR knowledge management base
HR reporting and service analytics
Ensure all HR information and employee data are accurate and updated in a timely manner in HR systems \xe2\x80\x93 internal and external.
Responsible for organizing an effective Knowledge Management database to effective search.
Managing any issues that may arise towards resolution in a collaborative and timely manner.
Effectively and efficiently managing your workload including your ticket count and working proficiently to multi-task, resolving competing priorities and meeting requested deadlines.
Provide monthly report as per scheduled from systems and ad-hoc report as per request from stakeholders.
Populate reporting templates with employee information where applicable.
Completing operations whilst providing backup support to team members on other activities during holidays
Supporting the building of efficient HR processes through continuous improvement and LEAN methods and ensure that SLAs and KPIs are executed as agreed.
Ability to work in a high volume, fast moving operational business.

; Requirements: - Requirements:
At least 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience handling as HR Generalist handling full spectrum of HR function.
Degree/ Diploma in Human Resource/ Business Administration or equivalent.
Experience in Virtual Knowledge transfer for HR services or system implementation.
Exhibits good understanding of HR services and command of relevant process flow, policies and procedure.
Must have the ability to remain focused, professional, tactful, and discrete when handling sensitive and/or confidential information.
Proficient use of applicable technology and MS Office.
Good communication and interpersonal skills and collaborative team spirit.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in leading the team for effective HR services delivery.
