Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join us as a HR Associate. This is an is an entry level position and the contract is for 12 months.

With direction from the Shared Services Manager, this role will:

• Prepare all Learning Documentation for all 8 APAC countries.
• Plan and review the category of documentations to centralize all SOPs in APAC (e.g: Checklist, Matrix, Process instruction, Country Specific Guide, Template)
• Support data maintenance update when required. Ensure employee data are updated accurately and timely in HRIS system
• Support the Data Clean Up exercise on quarterly basis.
• Create & centralize Letter Template for all Movements in APAC Countries
• Participate in myHR related projects and process improvement initiative at regional & global level.

• Computer literate, including proficiency in understanding of processes and data integration and SAP Human Resources Module
• Able to maintain high standard in ensuring confidentiality, paying attention to details, accuracy and completeness.
• Able to set priorities and organize work to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and people skills with ability to collaborate with all levels of employees.
• Proficiency in writing skills is a must.
• Personal qualities: Initiative, tolerance for stress, adaptability, ability to learn and ability to impact.
