Job Description


The purpose of this role is to serve as the first point of contact for employees,managers, and P&O community to create a positive customer experience throughproblem understanding and resolution, communicating promptly with progressupdates and engaging customers with a courteous and professional attitude.As part of the P&O services team this role executes administrative tasks andsupports processesResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities include but not limited to:\xef\x82\xb7 Provide rapid, high quality and validated response/support to all P&OServices aspects (e.g., inquiries, services, processes, continuousimprovement) and follow up inquiries on problems and requests from ccustomers/users.\xef\x82\xb7 Take ownership for queries and be responsible for case opening andclosing (end to end) and provide the first and final point of contact for thecustomer.\xef\x82\xb7 Maintain Organization Management/Personnel Administration HR datachanges or actions effective on action/change in SAP HR system.\xef\x82\xb7 Escalates requests that cannot be resolved directly to the appropriateescalation point of contact (i.e., vendor / H2R Manager / Senior Manager)\xef\x82\xb7 Contribute to Knowledge Base for countries in scope.\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure compliance in accordance with Data Privacy and Protectionguidelines and other relevant legislation.\xef\x82\xb7 Perform user administration tasks (e.g., access management)\xef\x82\xb7 Perform document management tasks related in Japan Operations\xef\x82\xb7 Assist in tracking service requests and troubleshoots - support the analysisof error messages and questions.\xef\x82\xb7 Perform administrative tasks to facilitate the delivery and presentation ofkey data to supervisors.\xef\x82\xb7 Provides support for the transformation initiatives.\xef\x82\xb7 Ability to meet time working requirements, where locations required.Key Performance Indicator:\xef\x82\xb7 Ability to perform tasks within established SLA\'s.\xef\x82\xb7 Customer and client satisfaction\xef\x82\xb7 Data Accuracy in HR systems\xef\x82\xb7 Policy & Process Compliance\xef\x82\xb7 Quality of correspondence and case documentation\xef\x82\xb7 Response time/achievement of processing time targets for specific taskBenefits
