Global HR Business Partner (Singapore) Our client is a glove manufacturing company with a global presence looking to migrate, integrate, and familiarize their HR processes across Asia and Europe. Job Responsibilities: Gain a comprehensive understanding of the business units\' profiles, strategic goals, and leverage this knowledge, along with insights from people data, to identify, develop, agree upon, and execute a strategically aligned People Plan that complements the Divisional and HR Functional initiatives. Provide an exceptional Business Partnering service to division leaders, establishing yourself as a trusted partner, coach, and mentor for managers regarding various people-related matters. Foster collaboration with centers of excellence, specialist teams, and both internal and external providers to ensure the successful implementation of Divisional or Business people priorities. Take accountability, in partnership with the business, for driving positive momentum in key people metrics such as retention, employee engagement, diversity, equity, inclusion, and talent development, aligning with the business/division people plan. Collaborate closely with Centres of Excellence, including Talent & OD, Reward, Talent Acquisition, and HR systems, to effectively implement global, regional, or market initiatives and frameworks. Oversee employee engagement, talent reviews, and performance management activities using globally recognized frameworks, tools, and processes. Organize and streamline the onboarding process, working in conjunction with division leaders to identify external training courses that support professional development. Deliver impactful global enterprise learning programs and facilitate internal learning initiatives tailored to different groups of associates. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Human resources, Business administration or other related fields. Minimum 5 years experience in end-to-end HR or as HRBP with regional experience. Experience with European regulations would be an added advantage. Knowledge of Labour laws and industry standards.
