You will partner with our employees and heads of departments to manage the employee lifecycle. Your goal will be to help build a performance-centric engaged organization. What will be your role?

• 
  Scale Deriv by setting up systems and processes for performance, management, and career planning.
• 
  Facilitate coaching and guide employees to fulfill their career aspirations.
• 
  Be instrumental in employee growth and learning by identifying skill gaps and skill-building opportunities.
• 
  Manage internal communication for better employee engagement and help maintain a dynamic organization with motivated employees.
• 
  Identify key challenges employees face and collaborate with the management team to work out solutions.
• 
  Improve leadership and functional capabilities through effective career development and internal promotions.
• 
  Anticipate HR issues impacting business operations; provide recommendations and solutions when needed.
  
  

Requirements

• University degree in human resources, psychology, business, or any other related field Complete
  
• Understanding of HR functions and best practices
  
• Exceptional proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software
  
• Analytical mindset with a goal-oriented approach
  
• Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures
  
• Ability to handle complex situations in a fast-paced environment
  
• Exceptional time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
