Duties and responsibilities



Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining employee database and document Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leaves To assist and provides administrative support Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries

Skills and qualification



Successful candidate must have an associate Diploma in HR or a related field Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative role Candidate must have strong communication skills Candidate must be able to quickly resolve people's problems Candidate must be familiar with database systems and common HR applications
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Kajang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:

Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:

Human Resources: 1 year (Required)
Work Location: In person
