We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Clerk
to join our growing team.
Position:
HR Clerk
Reports To:
HR Officer / HR Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in day-to-day HR and administrative operations.
Maintain and update employee records and files.
Prepare and process employment documents (contracts, memos, etc.).
Assist in payroll preparation, timekeeping, and attendance monitoring.
Support recruitment activities such as posting job ads and scheduling interviews.
Handle employee inquiries and provide HR-related support.
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of HR information.
Qualifications:
At least a Diploma in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field; or with more than 1 year of HR/administrative experience.
Experience in trucking or logistics industry is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Can work independently and handle confidential information.
