Job Description


Position Overview
HR Coordinator will work closely with HR Advisor, SEA Markets, and HR Director on handling day to day HR matters in support of the success of the SEA HR team.
Responsibilities

  • Assist HR Advisor and HR Director with HR management and daily HR tasks
  • Perform turnover rate analysis for SEA, training analysis, employee demographics and others to support business reporting like business review meetings
  • Be the owner of the HR SharePoint project including regular SharePoint updates, maintenance and new initiatives for easy reference to all SEA employees
  • Workday hiring of new joiners, updates including reports for business meetings and analysis
  • Ensure the onboarding process is smooth from pre-joining preparations right up to the first day and beyond. This includes coordination with incoming new joiners, HR induction, onboarding tools and others
  • Work with HR Advisor to coordinate HR engagement activities such as International Women / Men\xe2\x80\x99s Day, wellness package, welcome gift, recognition program
  • Identify process and system improvement opportunities for SEA HR functions
  • Talent card analysis for execution of training and development plan
  • Assist HR Advisor and HR Director on talent development such as talent card management, coordinating trainings for the colleagues, assisting with HRDF applications and claims for Malaysia, ensuring training records are being kept as well as other talent development activities
  • Manage the medical claims for Malaysia
  • HR benefits administration and other operational requests such as issuance of letters for visa application, PR application, bank verification, reference check, insurance registration and termination, checking and payment of invoices, employment visa coordination and follow up, spot awards, HR benefits enquires and other administrative task related to HR
  • Assist with relevant authority surveys on a timely manner
  • Other ad hoc tasks or projects as assigned

Requirements
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant field
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience as a HR coordinator or similar role
  • Good understanding of HR functions, procedures and policies
  • Confident MS Office user (Word, Excel and PowerPoint is a must)
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Detail oriented and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated with high level of initiative
  • A team player with attention to detail
