About the role

This is a 6 months contract role.

Work Location : Butterworth

Key responsibilities

• Recruitment activities - sourcing, advertising, arrange for interview (Operative level)
• Conduct HR Induction and on boarding for new hire
• Foreign Worker Management (Kerry & Outsourced)
• Administration and maintenance of attendance management program for all levels (local & foreign) by checking, verifying and update relevant data for payroll processing.
• Maintaining of employees\' Personnel File (Operative)
• Socso submission for all level
• Any other tasks/projects (central/site base) that may be required as at when necessary

Qualifications and skills

• Post Graduate Degree or Degree in Human Resources or associated course
• At least 1 years\' working experiences in a related role
• Good knowledge of all employment laws;
• Knowledge in Ethical Audit will be added advantage
• Excel and other computer skills;
• Excellent human relations skills;
• Good communication skills
