About the role This is a 6 months contract role. Work Location : Butterworth Key responsibilities Recruitment activities - sourcing, advertising, arrange for interview (Operative level) Conduct HR Induction and on boarding for new hire Foreign Worker Management (Kerry & Outsourced) Administration and maintenance of attendance management program for all levels (local & foreign) by checking, verifying and update relevant data for payroll processing. Maintaining of employees\' Personnel File (Operative) Socso submission for all level Any other tasks/projects (central/site base) that may be required as at when necessary Qualifications and skills Post Graduate Degree or Degree in Human Resources or associated course At least 1 years\' working experiences in a related role Good knowledge of all employment laws Knowledge in Ethical Audit will be added advantage Excel and other computer skills Excellent human relations skills Good communication skills Beware of scams online or from individuals claiming to represent us.
