Minimum 1 year working experience in HR, administration or other related field.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Exceptional time-management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Required Languages: Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Able to start work immediately or within short notice is preferred.

Assisting with day to day efficient operation of the human resources.
Filter candidates resume.
Provide general administrative and clerical supporting.
Perform data entry.
Assist in resolving any administrative problems.
Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails.
Managing various administrative tasks, including general office management, monthly utility payments, purchase and maintain inventory of office supplies, office equipment, stationery.
Assist in HR functions including employee leave management, recruitment and maintain employee relations.
Assist in special events, such as staff welfare, company activities, etc.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior/management.
