Our programs develop photographic memory, rich creativity, high speed data processing, and superior IQ in children as young as 6 months up to 10 years old. Role Description This full-time, onsite HR and Admin Executive role is located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Responsibilities include managing HR functions such as recruitment, personnel management and benefits administration. Candidates are expected to be able to handle secretarial work and general admin duties like documentation and record keeping, in addition to managing internal and external communications with stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR function and general administration in a fast-paced environment Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, organizational and analytical skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Mandarin Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail and accuracy Strong knowledge and experience of local labor laws, employment regulations and benefits administration Proficient in Microsoft Office and G-suite Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines under pressure Work days: Wednesday to Sunday (9.30 am - 6.30 pm)
