Job Description

REQUIREMENTS:



- Degree/Diploma in Human Resources Management/ Business Studies/ Business Management or any related courses

- At least 1 years' relevant experience (plus point)
- Good interpersonal skills
- Emotional Quotient skills is a plus
- Meticulous and good time management skill
- Possess own transport

DESCRIPTIONS:


- Perform full spectrum of HR & Admin.
- Provide general administrative & clerical support to the management in order to ensure a positive working environment.
- Update, maintain and prepare documentation of new hires, staff performance, HR policy, staff records, payroll and many more.
- Update, maintain and prepare documentation related to suppliers, company's expenses, invoices and any financial matters if required.
- Assist in organizing training programs, employee engagement activities, and performance appraisal processes.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and company policies.
- Be flexible, cooperative and able to give commitment with other task if requires.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
