Key Responsibilities:



Assist with HR tasks, including maintaining employee records, preparing documents, and coordinating recruitment activities. Support basic accounting and finance functions such as invoice processing, expense tracking, and filing financial documents. Handle general office administration, including data entry, filing, correspondence, and office supply management. Carry out other ad hoc duties to support overall business operations.

Requirements:



Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, HR, or related field preferred.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficiency in both Mandarin and English (spoken & written) is required.

Able to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
