Job Description

As an HR cum Admin Executive, you'll be the heartbeat of both people operations and office management. This dual role blends strategic HR responsibilities with essential administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and a thriving workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Handle payroll inputs, leave tracking, and benefits administration

Administration
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance
- Prepare and organize internal documents, reports, and correspondence
- Support management with scheduling, travel arrangements
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external stakeholders
- Maintain filing systems and ensure document confidentiality
- Assist in invoice processing, SST documentation, and basic finance tasks

Requirements
- SPM, Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1+ years of experience in HR and administrative roles
- Knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and payroll systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask under pressure

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Base Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
