Ensure timely processing of monthly payroll and accurate submission to all statutory bodies.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings and candidate screening to interviews and on/off-boarding.
Update employee personnel information and maintain the HR System.
Handle the administration of the Company\xe2\x80\x99s factories machinery status, govern authorities inspections, Safety and health documentation and supervision of relevant safety activities within factories.
Responsible for identifying training and development needs within an organization.
Update and manage inventory records of computer equipment, stationery & office refreshments.
Ensure that all documents and confidential information are stored properly, updated, and well-maintained.
Provide support and assistance to the HR and health and safety team to facilitate a smooth operation of the HR and health and safety team.
Assist and participate in the audit process and meeting.
Provide information and assistance in response to general inquiries related to HR.
Plan and facilitate employee engagement initiatives and activities.
Responsible for handling the full spectrum of foreign worker matters.
Providing general administrative services to a high level of operational efficiency.
Any other task assigned by the HOD from time to time.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Knowledge of HR solution systems and databases.
Sense of responsibility, integrity, and ability to handle confidential matters.
Able to work independently and teamwork-oriented.
Good communication skills (written and oral) in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
