Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
Facilitate smooth onboarding and orientation for new hires.
Employee Records & Documentation
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, personal files, and HR databases.
Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality requirements.
Attendance & Leave Management
Monitor staff attendance, leave applications, and time-off requests.
Process and update leave records in line with company policy and labor law.
Payroll & Benefits Administration
Support monthly payroll preparation by ensuring timely and accurate input of attendance and claims.
Assist in administering staff benefits (e.g., SOCSO, EPF, medical, insurance).
Policy Implementation & Compliance
Assist in enforcing HR policies and procedures across the organization.
Ensure HR activities are aligned with Employment Act and statutory regulations.
Performance Management
Support the implementation of performance appraisals and probation evaluations.
Track performance reviews and follow up with department heads.
Employee Engagement & Welfare
Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and welfare programs.
Serve as a contact point for employee grievances and support positive work culture.
Training & Development
Coordinate training schedules and logistics.
Maintain training records and support L&D tracking.
HR Reporting & Audits
Prepare routine HR reports and assist in internal/external audits.
Track HR KPIs and assist in HR planning.
General Administrative Support
Provide administrative support to the department and management as needed.
Liaise with external agencies, training providers, or government bodies as required.
