Ensure all supporting documents are complete and accurate before submission.
Track and update stamping status, follow up on pending cases.
Perform
data entry of employee information
into the company system (e.g., UNIT4 or internal HR system).
Maintain proper filing and documentation for all stamped agreements.
Assist HR/Operations team with ad-hoc administrative tasks when required.
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive employee data.
Job Requirements
Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Admin or related field.
Basic computer skills (Excel, data entry, email).
Able to follow instructions and work with accuracy.
Good communication skills and attention to detail.
Fresh graduates are welcome.
