We are looking for a meticulous and reliable
Security Pocket Migration Assistant
to support UOB's documentation management and migration process. This role involves preparing, labeling, updating, and packing Security Pockets (SP) for transfer to the Offsite Storage Provider (OSP). It is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented and enjoy structured, process-driven work in a banking environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesReceiving & Preparation
Receive Security Pockets (SP) from Custodian.
Label each SP with CDMS Number, SPID, Pocket Number, and Branch Code.
Affix the assigned bar code on each SP envelope.
System & Data Updates
Update SP details in the OSP system (CDMS Number, SPID, Pocket Number, Branch Code, Bar Code).
Maintain and update Bar Code records in the Custodian Master Listing (Excel).
Packing & Safekeeping
Pack completed SPs into archival sealed boxes.
Ensure all boxes are securely placed in the vault before daily cut-off time (Mon-Thu: 5:45 PM, Fri: 4:45 PM).
Discrepancy Rectification
Address discrepancies identified by the Checker and ensure timely correction.
Compliance & Accuracy
Ensure labels match system records accurately.
Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and integrity of all bank documents.
Requirements
Degree holder (any discipline).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic Excel knowledge (editing, updating rows, simple entry).
Able to follow strict procedures and meet daily deadlines.
Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with high precision.

Candidates with the following experience or academic background are especially suitable:

Management
Information Management / Records Management
Any degree with strong administrative or operations exposure
Work Experience (Not mandatory but an advantage)
Admin / clerical roles (filing, data entry, documentation)
Banking back-office or operations support
Records/document controller
Credit admin or loan processing
Inventory or warehouse clerk with barcode/labelling experience
Any role involving systematic, repetitive, and detail-oriented tasks
