Perform daily data entry and processing of customer requests accurately and on time
Verify documents and ensure all requests are properly authorized before processing
Escalate any exceptions promptly to the Team Lead or Section Head
Comply with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., Banking Secrecy, AML)
Maintain high-quality standards zero defects, zero losses, and zero customer complaints
Requirements
Preferably a
Diploma

Degree holder

Proficiency in reading Chinese
is an advantage (not mandatory)
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Team-oriented with a proactive attitude
Willing to work beyond normal office hours when required
Able to follow
Singapore/Hong Kong public holiday
