A leading healthcare group is seeking an experienced
HR Digital - Senior Specialist
to manage and improve its HRIS / HRMS platforms at the group level. The role focuses on system configuration, digital HR processes, integrations, data management and HR analytics to support the organisation's digital transformation.
Key ResponsibilitiesHR System Management
Administer, configure and maintain HRIS/HRMS modules (e.g., Core HR, Leave, Recruitment, Time & Attendance, Compensation, Learning, Talent, etc.).
Review and implement system enhancements, updates and configuration changes.
Ensure system stability, data integrity and proper security access.
Integration & Data Governance
Manage integrations between HR systems and third-party applications (via API, SFTP or other methods).
Troubleshoot data or connectivity issues and ensure secure, accurate data flow.
Conduct routine data audits and maintain master data accuracy.
Reporting & HR Analytics
Develop and maintain HR dashboards, operational reports and management insights.
Support decision-making through data analysis and visualisation tools.
Ensure reporting practices adhere to data privacy standards.
User Support & Training
Provide Level 1 and Level 2 HR system support to internal users.
Monitor tickets, resolve issues and escalate technical matters when necessary.
Conduct training for HR and business users on system functions and updates.
Governance & Compliance
Support digital HR audits, documentation and HRIS governance requirements.
Ensure compliance with PDPA and internal digital policies.
Digital Projects & Continuous Improvement
Participate in HR digitalisation projects and process automation initiatives.
Collaborate with HR, IT and vendors to optimise workflows and enhance digital HR experience.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in HR, IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems or related field.
6-8 years hands-on experience in HRIS / HRMS management
in medium/large organisations.
Strong system configuration, troubleshooting and integration skills.
Good understanding of HR processes across multiple modules.
Experience in reporting tools (Excel, Power BI or dashboard platforms).
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with Workday, Oracle, SAP SuccessFactors, Dayforce, Workbeam or any major HRMS is an added advantage.

Pay: RM13,000.00 - RM14,000.00 per month
