O bjectives of the Position This is a multi-faceted role encompasses HR operations, data & analytics, and continuous improvement projects. HR operations refers to activities that supports the entire employee lifecycle including organization movement, talent acquisition, onboarding, mobility, employee relations., and offboarding. Effectively manage special projects assigned in HR area in line with the project deliverables and manage all stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are communicated effectively. Main Tasks 70% - Operational Excellence and Data & Analytics Collaborate with HR Shared Service team to ensure data quality and data integrity for HR operations including organization and people movement, time to hire, headcount data and diversity stats etc. Consolidate key HR information for HRBP/s and will provide data inputs into other HR. This all will be provided by reassuring high level of data accuracy and will enable drawing insights and actions to drive better business decisions. Administer and follow-through business agreements in ensuring accurate decisions. Close engagement with focal points. Collaborate with multiple parties to provide analytical data needs for HRBPs Understand local cultural and language standards to provide HR communication materials. Works autonomously within established procedures and practices seeks guidance in the more complex aspects of the process. Contribute positively to a knowledge sharing environment through generously provide guidance and sharing knowledge with others. Networks and builds relationships with other HR professionals to identify and learn best practices and to generate 30% - ad-hoc project Ad-hoc projects eg to facilitate learning and development and assist to develop program and policies. Identify opportunities and support or drive the implementation of digitalization or automation to the improvement of service experience. Requirements Education Relevant tertiary qualifications: any Diploma or Degree in Business or Information Technology Working Experience Related HR working experiences in HR Operations Those with working knowledge of HR Management system (preferably SAP HCM) will have a competitive edge but it is not a must. Technical & Professional Knowledge Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Demonstrates a high level of proficiency in language and culture of the supported country/location. Understanding of HR principles and/or Employee Laws of the supported country/location. Strong people skills and influential abilities. Service mindset with strong interpersonal and communications skills. Functional knowledge and skills in using Microsoft application i.e. Words, Excel, Power Point.
